This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

At Brains Street we are committed to protecting your privacy and we do not sell your details to any third parties. However, at times it will be necessary for us to share your information with certain companies that perform services for us, such as delivering packages or processing credit card payments. Personal information may also be disclosed if required by law. In these instances, we will only provide the details they require to perform their specific function and they may not use this information for any other purposes.

From time to time, we will send out a newsletter to customers who have agreed to accept it. If you have received an email and would like to cancel your subscription, just follow the instructions at the bottom of the email and we will remove you from the mailing list.


If they are any changes to our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently.  However, we will not make material changes to the way we use your personal information without your consent.
