1. Proceed to checkout as usual and enter the name, email and phone number of the person you are buying the treatment for, in the NOTES section at the checkout page. You can also email those details at hello@brainsstreet.com with your order number. We will be in touch with the recipient the next business day to advise them on how they can book a treatment at our clinic at a time that suits them.

2. Go to the Giftcardsection in our website and send the recipient the gift card of the value you wish. The recipient can use this gift card to purchase any products or treatments in our clinic at a later date.

First, we will email the recipient to advise them of the treatment voucher they have received and how they can book in our website. Second, we will give them a call the next business day to check if they needed any help with the booking and answer any questions they might have.

Yes, it can. Booking dates can be changed at no additional cost as long as we are notified 24 hours before the appointment date. We will send reminders via email and sms 24 hours prior to the appointment date.

Yes, they can. Recipients need to give us a 24 hours notice if they wish to change their treatment, so we can confirm availabilities. We will not be able to refund the difference amount if the price of the new treatment is less than the value of the voucher. Recipient needs to pay in full any difference amount if the price of the new treatment is higher than the value of the voucher.

The treatments are performed in our skin clinic at Williamstown, Melbourne. Our clinic address is 35 Douglas Parade, Williamstown 3016. We are only 10 mins drive from Melbourne CBD.

The vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Therefore, please check your location before you make a purchase.

The vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
